For Kindle users

Download the MOBI file from the below dropdown.
Attach the downloaded file in an email and send it to your Kindle's email address (yourname@kindle.com ~ with any subject and nothing in the body of the email) and it should appear on your Kindle shortly after. 
Note that your Kindle needs to be online to sync and that you can find your Kindle email address in your Amazon account in the "Manage content and devices" section under "Personal Document Settings."
